Online tickets go on sale 1 month prior to the opening date.
Tickets are also available at the door 1 hour before each performance.
BOX OFFICE POLICIES
Conestoga volunteer cards allow entitled cardholder one free ticket, if seats are available, for the fall drama only.
Volunteer Cards will be honored in person when the card is shown at the box office prior to each performance.
These complimentary tickets are not available through internet sale or for performances of the spring musical.
In accordance with TESD Policy 1125, there may be a limited number of free tickets available for Seniors (62+) and Veterans.
These tickets are limited to one per qualifying individual for their personal use if seats are still available at the time of performance.
Qualifying individuals must request these tickets in person at the door during the Box Office sales
immediately prior to the start of the performance which they wish to attend.
These free tickets are not available in advance.
WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
The T/E School District will decide if weather conditions are sufficient to cancel a show.
Please check this site or visit and navigate to the calendar link
where cancellation announcements will be posted.
While we cannot control the weather, we will do our best to try and help you attend another performance
if tickets are available. If you would like to attend one of the remaining performances,
please send an e-mail to the Ticket Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In your e-mail please include:
• name under which the original tickets were purchased
• ticket confirmation number if available
• number of tickets originally purchased
• seat numbers of original tickets
• alternative performance date & time
• number of tickets you would like to receive
(this can be no more than the number of original tickets purchased)
• your e-mail address & phone number (in case of questions)
If available, we will provide you with complimentary (free) tickets to the alternative performance.
We will attempt to provide similar tickets to those you purchased, but will be limited by what has previously been sold.
We will e-mail you with the tickets we can offer and then hold them in your name for pick-up
at the box office beginning one hour prior to the alternative performance.
In the case of a cancelled show, if you are unable to attend an alternate performance,
you may request a refund by emailing the Ticket Manager at: email@example.com.
